About Our Technical Support
Our Technical Support contracts provide our customers with the highest levels of technical expertise to have their software questions answered quickly and accurately. Purchasing a Technical Support contract from CADD Microsystems helps our customers maximize their software investment and saves valuable time when experiencing technical difficulties. We offer Technical Support on many of the Autodesk products. Our Technical Support comes in three tiers - Standard, Premium and Ultimate, depending on the Autodesk software you own. No matter which tier you choose, you will be given unlimited phone calls and e-mails to our Technical Support team to assist you with the issues you are experiencing.
Some key features of our Technical Support include:
- You can contact CADD Microsystems with your support requests via telephone or e-mail
- There is no limit to the number of times you can contact us
- Up to two people from your organization can contact Technical Support and additional Authorized Caller Licenses (ACL) can be purchased
- Our typical response is within two business hours, and our response time is guaranteed by the same time the next business day
- Technical Support is available from 8:30am - 4:30pm EST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
