Twelve Days of CADD Care | Day Eight: How to revert to previous versions

Welcome to our special blog series, "12 Days of CADD Care"! In this series, we're diving deep into various aspects of Computer-Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) to bring you practical tips and insights for the holiday season. Today, we'll unravel the mystery of reverting to a previously published cloud model or file. Join us as we explore the seamless process of accessing earlier versions, ensuring design integrity, and mastering the art of effective version control in ACC.

In BIM 360:

  1. Go to docs.b360.autodesk.com.
  2. Navigate to the Project > Folder > File you want to revert.
  3. Click the Version icon.
  4. Find the version you want to revert to and Make Current.
  5. Click Restore.

###In ACC:

  1. Go to acc.autodesk.com.
  2. Navigate to the file you want to revert.
  3. Click the Version icon.
  4. Find the version you want to revert to and click the Options icon.
  5. Click Make Current; the changes should now be confirmed.
