A Message to our Customers

As we all face this complex global situation together, we want to take a minute and communicate our plans for the foreseeable future. The health and safety of our customers, employees and partners is our top priority, and we are responding accordingly.

CADD Microsystems continues to be fully staffed with consultants, helpdesk and account representatives, and we do not anticipate any interruptions in our ability to address the needs of our customers. We are following CDC guidelines and working remotely, with full technical capabilities. We are available through the same channels as we were before – including website, phone, email and social media.

For our customers, below are some helpful hints as you prepare to continue your business operations:
• Named Autodesk subscribers have home use rights, and can install the software on up to three devices. Home use capabilities for other license types may vary.
• If you subscribe to BIM 360 products, this is a friendly reminder that you can use them to continue to collaborate out of the office.
• If your team currently isn’t set up for off-premise collaboration, we have tools that are easy to stand up, that can facilitate a productive remote work environment.
