CADD Microsystems’ Donnie Gladfelter named one of Autodesk’s 35 Under 35 Young Designers

One of CADD Microsystems’ own technical experts was recently named by Autodesk to its AutoCAD’s 35 Under 35 Young Designers list. Donnie Gladfelter joins a prestigious group of honorees that includes entrepreneurs, innovators and AutoCAD experts. As a Technical Product and Online Manager for CADD Microsystems, and founder of TheCADGeek.com, Donnie has a love for design and technology and has been a member of the CADD Microsystems team since 2010. He is the author of the book AutoCAD and AutoCAD LT: No Experience Required, an AUGIWorld Magazine columnist, an Autodesk University speaker and an avid Eagle Scout.

Discovering a love for design and technology in high school, Donnie went on to be part of the design team for Homestead Preserve, a residential community ranked among the top 100 developments in the world by TRAVEL+LEISURE and touted by Southern Living as “The Number One Mountain Retreat in America.” An Eagle Scout, he has helped thousands be prepared for whatever their projects throw at them as an AutoCAD trainer at CADD Microsystems, his blog (The CAD Geek), six books titled AutoCAD and AutoCAD LT: No Experience Required, and as a speaker at Autodesk University for the last ten years.
