Back in November, we traveled to Las Vegas to join 10,000+ professionals from the architecture, design, manufacturing, and media industries for 3 days of learning, skill development, and inspiration at Autodesk University (AU).

With more than 700 sessions on the list, we were thrilled to have presenters from our own team of experts take the stage. Donnie Gladfelter, our Technical Product & Online Manager, and Jason Kunkel, our AEC Manager, presented Overcoming the 7 Deadly Sins of Corporate Training Programs, which outlined the issues that many companies see when building up or overhauling their own training programs, and how to build your training program to avoid the common pitfalls.

Attendees were given class surveys and asked to rate every session they attended, and the results are in… Donnie and Jason received an Honorable Mention for their session in the Industry Talk Category.

Donnie also teamed up with our Senior Applications Specialist, Purvi Gandhi Irwin, AIA, to present an Instructional Demo titled A Match Made in Coordinates: Bringing Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and InfraWorks Together at Last, which details effective practices for exchanging data between Revit software and AutoCAD Civil 3D software.

Congratulations to all of the top-rated sessions and speakers of AU Las Vegas 2017. Click here to see the full list of AU fan favorites, and we’ll see you next year!
