Changes are happening with the rollout of the Autodesk Construction Cloud software updates. With these changes happening you may encounter ome issues with your software. Common issues that may occur include: missing models or projects, permissions errors when opening projects, errors when attempting to push or publish changes, etc. We have found success in troubleshooting these issues by completing the steps below.
- Check if the service is down here: https://health.autodesk.com
- If the service is up, sign out > close program & restart machine > restart program > sign in
- You can confirm if the BIM 360 hub and projects are still working @ admin.b360.autodesk.com or docs.b360.autodesk.com
