On the bonus day of CADD Care, the CADD team gave to me… ten wonderful ways to give back this holiday season!

The Twelve Days of CADD Care blog series is not over yet! We have this one final special post to share.

As you all know, the CADD Foundation has been in full swing this year continuing our mission to fight hunger and help those in need. And we’ve been busy. In April, we donated $2200 to World Central Kitchen (WCK) to help provide critical food assistance to the citizens of Ukraine.

Then in August, we teamed up again with The Underground Kitchen (UGK) in Richmond, Va for a 2-hour virtual cooking class. CADD employees, family and friends spent an evening cooking along (via Zoom) with one of UGK’s renowned chefs. With this event, we were able to donate $1000 in ticket sales to Community First, UGK’s official 501c3 foundation.

And just last month, we partnered with Duncan Parnell to sponsor a Habitat for Humanity build in Charlotte, NC! The build is expected to be finished at the end of January 2023, and once complete, a deserving family will move in and take ownership. Learn more about the project here.

But we are always looking for additional ways to help those in need. As a bonus to the Twelve Days of CADD Care, we are providing our friends and customers with ten ways they can volunteer and give back this season. Below are volunteer opportunities personally selected by our CADD Foundation team:
